Ahmed Rashidi, Ph.D., is a results-oriented executive with over 20 years of experience managing technology companies across different industries. He served as COO at Tally ITC LLC.
Rashidi is proficient in all aspects of business operations, biometrics, strategic planning, software services, cloud Architecture, application development, security, and product strategy for businesses, yet he also provides excellent interface with customers, investors and communicate across all levels of the Company. Rashidi has also served as professor of Cyber Security in several universities and colleges, also designed curriculums for online universities related to Cyber Security.

Mrs. Ashoor specializes in eDiscovery, forensic examination, litigation readiness and data analysis. She has led numerous projects throughout the US for Fortune 500 companies and their legal counsel to decrease the cost and risk associated with eDiscovery and information management. She has many years of experience advising clients and their legal counsel on litigation preparedness, computer forensics and all phases of electronic discovery strategy, solutions and processes. She is focused on next generation technologies related to containing risk, advancing consistency and managing costs throughout the electronic discovery life cycle.
Mrs. Ashoor has filled several roles related to digital forensic examination, analysis and reports for cases, including and not limited to mobile, network, and computer forensics. With her myriad technical certifications in digital forensic and security, she is continually serving our clients with integrity, efficiency, and great speed. Also, as an instructor she has been a great mentor and educator to our Forensic Team.
